High Quality Babysitters Services

Most hotels in Aruba have a free-lance babysitters list at their concierge desk either are the same employees or not. After carefully and accurately having performed our research vital information has demonstrated that hiring babysitters at many hotels in Aruba can be of potential RISK for your kids. Most babysitters that give this service free-lance have not been certified nor screened or tested for any child care duties and responsibilities either are covered by any insurance. Therefore some hotels will not even allow employees to babysit for liability reasons. Most Hotels in Aruba don’t take the risk should the babysitter cause any injury or death by reckless attention by not being able to perform CPR/First Aid.
Major hotels do background checks on those that the hotel assign and require CPR training from their sitters which is not a guarantee they have their certification updated or even in place and all hotels just have a list of names and phone numbers at the concierge desk.

First Aid & CPR Child Care

Tell your concierge and hotel what kind of help you are looking for and which company has the requirements that suites and cover insurance; safety care aspects. Be specific and beware about what you are looking for, in order to get a sitter who is appropriate for your child’s needs and energy level. Some hotels will allow their employees to babysit in the evenings, just remember they might be tired after a day of work so if your child has lots of energy you might want to look for someone more rested. In addition, those that the hotel allows babysitting almost certainly do not have CPR-First Aid training and certification. Beware as a parent that life-saving moments require someone trained and certified to act immediately without any hesitation. We stand for quality and parents’ peace of mind.
