I had to cancel travel last minute due to issues out of my control. Since it was last minute a credit was offered valid for one year from date of initial rental. Since we travel every other year to Aruba I was unable to use it within that year. I contacted Arubacrib and they graciously extended my credit for another year! Will rent from them again.
